Job description

Responsible for Exports of Intermediates and Electroplating Chemicals to international customers in the allotted global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Business development of electroplating chemicals & servicing customers internationally
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status in various global market
  • Plan, forecast, prioritize and implement key action areas for Europe, South East & America regions to achieve robust sales growth
  • Provide market intelligence in terms of innovation and activities globally in the surface coatings business
  • Taking ownership of entire sales & service life cycle - from leads generation to closure and payment collection.
  • Achieve annual sales target through marketing and sales promotion of company's products. Generate regular sales forecast and targets to facilitate business planning.
  • Facilitate all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments. Resolve day-to-day customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with Head-Exports to ensure smooth functioning of processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in technical sales with chemical industry exposure is an absolute must. Those without this experience will not be considered. Of course, within Chemicals, those with Electroplating Chemicals export experience will be preferred.
  • Exceptional business development capabilities with history of exceeding sales targets
  • Polished communication skills and professional presentation style
  • Strategic marketing mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
