Title : Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager / Manager (Intellectual Properties)

Location : - Boisar

Experience : More than 5 years in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) Field

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Carry out FTO (Freedom to Operate) and Infringement Analysis
• Making Patent Landscaping for a Molecule
• Perform Patentability evaluation and filing Patents
• Checking out selected Route Patent compliance from Process, Product, Polymorph etc
• Reply to IP queries from Customers
• Inter Departmental co-ordination
• Should have worked with patent databases
• All other activities relevant to IP
• Open to Learn
