Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our data and business intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases, building ETL pipelines, and supporting BI / data integration initiatives across various healthcare systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Database Development & Management

• Design and develop relational databases (OLTP / OLAP) to support business applications and reporting.
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for high performance.
• Perform database administration tasks such as performance monitoring, tuning, and security controls.
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, backup, and recovery compliance.
• Integrate data from multiple healthcare systems like PMS, EHR, billing, and other operational platforms.
