Key Responsibilities :
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including :
- Employee Central (master data, job info, comp info)
- Time Off (leave types, accruals, workflows)
- Time Management (Time Sheets) (time types, schedules, entries)
- Benefits (plans, enrollment, eligibility)
- Payroll-related fields (pay group, bank info, tax data)
- Create realistic sample data for testing and integration.
- Define and expose OData / SFAPI endpoints for the above use cases.
- Set up roles and permissions for test personas (Employee, Manager, HR).
- Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to :
- Finalize API payloads and field mappings
- Test employee data sync and lifecycle events
- Support real-time and scheduled integration flows
Required Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration.Knowledge of OData and SFAPI APIs and integration practices.Experience with Time Off, Time Sheet, Benefits, and EC modules.Familiarity with MuleSoft or middleware integration patterns.Ability to work in cross-functional teams with Salesforce and MuleSoft engineers.Nice to Have :
Exposure to Salesforce integrations.Understanding of data modeling in HR systems.Skills Required
