Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including :
• Employee Central (master data, job info, comp info)
• Time Off (leave types, accruals, workflows)
• Time Management (Time Sheets) (time types, schedules, entries)
• Benefits (plans, enrollment, eligibility)
• Payroll-related fields (pay group, bank info, tax data)
• Create realistic sample data for testing and integration.
• Define and expose OData / SFAPI endpoints for the above use cases.
• Set up roles and permissions for test personas (Employee, Manager, HR).
• Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to :
• Finalize API payloads and field mappings
• Test employee data sync and lifecycle events
• Support real-time and scheduled integration flows
