Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager located in Jaipur. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of MEP projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating submittals, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and supervising the installation and implementation of plumbing and MEP systems. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including the ability to oversee and coordinate their design, installation, and functionality
• Experience in project management tasks such as planning, organizing, executing, and delivering projects on schedule
• Skills in budgeting and cost control to ensure project expenditures remain within guidelines
• Knowledge of reviewing and managing submittals and technical documentation related to projects
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and their implementation in construction
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; PMP certification is an added advantage
• Prior experience in MEP works within the real estate or construction sector is highly desirable
