About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive Universal Pensions’ international expansion — helping us transform proven pension inclusion models into replicable, country-ready frameworks that can be rapidly deployed and localised.
As Global Partnerships Lead — Country Expansion and Strategy, you’ll lead the development and management of our global engagement pipeline — guiding countries through the early stages of engagement, from concept and partnership building to feasibility and roadmap design. You’ll also strengthen and grow our existing country relationships to ensure sustained collaboration and long-term scale.
This is a role for a builder and connector — someone who can bridge strategy and execution, coordinate across teams, and inspire partners across governments, DFIs, and the private sector to join a global movement for pension inclusion.
This position is based in New Delhi, India.
