Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance : Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA products by acquiring new customers and cross-selling other financial products like insurance and mutual funds.
- Team Management : Lead, coach, and mentor a team of business development executives to meet their targets.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and manage relationships with existing customers to increase product penetration and generate fee income.
- Operational Oversight : Ensure all processes, such as account opening and customer service, are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
- Market Development : Identify new sales opportunities through market mapping, lead generation activities, and customer engagement.
- Reporting and Compliance : Track all sales activities using a CRM system and ensure compliance with all relevant KYC and banking regulations.
