Job Description : for social media manager
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Manage all client social media accounts.
- Develops engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts,
which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Coordinates social media messaging with SEM team, Graphic designers, and videoEditors, the Servicing team, etc. to ensure the client and the company’s digital
presence.
Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costsand returns
Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data anddetermine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Create and maintain social media reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding withnew product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitors and generates reports on competitor activity within social media spacesSuggest creative strategies based on your knowledge and research on currentmarketing trends and competitive analysis.
Ensuring no mistakes are made on clients’ accounts and making sure that nopostings are missed.
Covering live events (even on holidays) if the client requests.Being proactive about new trends daily and aligning content.Handling influencer marketing for the brands handled by you.Creating and maintaining content banks.Research documents and social media strategy documents are to be created andsent to the client every month
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a social media manager, with 2–3 years of experience.Hands-on experience in content management, community engagement, and social media analytics.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Ability to multitask and work under pressure, managing several social media accounts simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Application Process : Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to [hr@buzzmakers.in].
