Senior Financial Accountant Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee our Record-to-Report processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end R2R activities, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Oversee all R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP / IFRS) and internal controls.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accountants / analysts to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Act as a key point of contact for finance stakeholders on R2R / GL matters.
