1. Panel Monitoring
- Ensure the diversity and representativeness of the panel (age, region, socio-professional category, etc.).
- Oversee the panelist lifecycle : onboarding, retention, and reactivation in case of inactivity.
- Monitor and validate purchase data reported by panelists.
- Track store openings and closures to ensure full coverage of the French retail landscape.
2. Data Quality and Representativeness
Guarantee the consistency and reliability of collected data.Regularly analyze panel composition and recommend corrective actions to maintain representativeness.Identify potential biases and propose solutions to address them.3. Operations and Tools Management
Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes or methodologies to improve panel management efficiency.Produce regular reports on panel status, response rates, and quality indicators.4. Study and Analysis Support
Provide study teams with accurate and representative data for analysis.Participate in the preparation and updating of methodological documentation related to panel management.Skills & Requirements
Candidate Profile
Education : Degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Data Management, or equivalent.Experience : Internship or work experience in panel management, marketing research, data acquisition, or CRM is a plus.Technical Skills :Advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas).Knowledge of statistical tools (SQL…) is a plus.Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Soft Skills :Detail-oriented, rigorous, analytical mindset.Curiosity for data and ability to interpret insights.Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.Enjoys working in a collaborative international environment.Languages : Professional proficiency in English, French written and spoken (no fluency needed).
