Salesforce Administrator
Location : India (Remote)
Job Type : 6+ Months Contract
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This is a remote position based in India, offering the opportunity to play a critical role in the maintenance and evolution of our Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Platform Administration & Maintenance :
- Perform all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to : creating and managing Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and mobile administration.
- Proactively perform system maintenance tasks such as Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Salesforce Optimizer to ensure platform integrity and performance.
- Manage and maintain sandbox environments for development, testing, and training purposes.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features and recommend strategies for adoption to maximize ROI.
Data Management & Quality :
Oversee data management initiatives to improve Salesforce data quality and hygiene.Implement data validation rules, automation, and other processes as needed to maintain data accuracy.User Support & Adoption :
Serve as the first point of contact for user support tickets, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.Develop and deliver training to improve user adoption and ensure best practices are followed.Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaboration & Integration :
Work with integrated third-party applications, such as DocuSign, to ensure seamless functionality.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Experience :
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.Certifications :
Minimum : Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.Technical Skills :
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flow, objects, fields, layouts, and security models.Familiarity with various Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and / or Pardot.Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data management best practices.Experience with integrated applications and troubleshooting connection issues.Soft Skills :
