Job Description – QA / QC Engineer (Project Execution – MEP / Data Center / Electrical)

Position Overview :

The QA / QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all project execution activities comply with approved quality standards, codes, and client requirements. The role involves planning and implementing quality processes, conducting inspections, preparing QA / QC documentation, and coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) :

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Assurance Plan in line with company QMS and client requirements.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures submitted by contractors / subcontractors.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and systems conform to project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Provide training and awareness on QA procedures to site engineers and subcontractors.
