Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, following up on sales leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our software solutions, and navigating through the sales funnel to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored software solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the early childhood education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
