Who is our culture fit?

We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer with expertise in Google Search Campaigns and YouTube Ads to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can develop, manage, and optimize paid media strategies with a strong focus on ROI and conversion.

Your daily routines :

• Plan , d esign, and build marketing funnels (lead generation, sales, webinar, product launch, etc.) using platforms like Click Funnels, swipe pages, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Kartra, or WordPress / El ementor .
• Integrate funnels with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Convert kit, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier).
• Create and test landing pages, lead magnets, collaborate with marketing and content teams to map customer journeys and align funnels with brand messaging and campaigns.
• opt-in forms, checkout pages, and thank-you pages to optimize conversion rates.
• Set up automation workflows for lead nurturing, retargeting, and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor funnel analytics and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPL, ROI) and continuously optimize for better results.
• A / B test headlines, creatives, and offers to identify high-performing variations.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad managers to ensure a cohesive funnel experience
