Job descriptionHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (SCCM preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of Windows device lifecycle management. Expertise in application packaging, patching, and Windows update deployment. Proficiency in managing Group Policies, device configuration profiles, and compliance policies. Experience with Conditional Access, Entra ID, and app registration. Expertise in PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of vulnerability remediation practices and tools. Ability to troubleshoot Autopilot, app deployment, and device enrollment issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Device Lifecycle Management :
- Oversee provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and retirement of Windows devices.
- Support Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshoot related issues.
- Endpoint Configuration & Compliance :
- Create and maintain device configuration profiles and Group Policies.
- Manage and troubleshoot compliance policies, app protection policies, and device enrollment issues.
- Application & Patch Management :
- Package and deploy applications using Intune and SCCM.
- Manage Windows update deployment and patching strategies.
- Security & Access Control :
- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID including app registrations and identity governance.
- Perform vulnerability remediation across endpoints.
- Automation & Scripting :
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting :
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to app deployment, device compliance, and update failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
