Senior Associate – GC / M&A / PE-VC - LLB

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of key legal documents, including transaction agreements, term sheets, shareholder agreements, and investment documents.
• Supervise and coordinate due diligence processes, identify key risks, and provide actionable advice to clients.
• Advise clients on structuring and executing M&A, PE, and VC transactions in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on legal and commercial matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Monitor developments in corporate law, SEBI regulations, and FDI policies, and proactively advise clients on potential implications.
• Mentor and guide junior associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative team environment.
