About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

SAP S / 4HANA Manager

to lead, manage, and optimize Tynor’s SAP landscape. The role involves ensuring system availability, driving integrations, managing vendors, and enabling digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage SAP S / 4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD, FI / CO, QM) to support manufacturing & finance.

Act as primary liaison with SAP support partners .

Drive integrations with Banking, eCommerce, HRMS, APIs, RPA, IoT & Barcode systems.

Oversee SAP system upgrades, migrations (S / 4HANA 2025, RISE, Fiori) & rollouts.

Ensure uptime, SLA compliance, audit readiness & license utilization.

Translate business needs into SAP functional / technical solutions.

Identify automation & analytics opportunities to drive efficiency.

Lead cross-functional SAP teams, user training & change management.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Tech / MCA / MBA (IT)

SAP Certification (SD / FI / MM preferred)

2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation experience

Strong exposure to

SAP S / 4HANA, RISE & migration projects

Expertise in vendor management & SAP support coordination

Technical knowledge : Fiori / UI5, APIs / EDI, RPA, DMS-SAP workflows, DR drills
