About the Role
We’re looking for two data-driven interns to join our Assortment & Space Planning team. The interns will work closely with the Category and Replenishment functions to refine assortment strategy, optimize non-moving inventory, and support curation decisions through data analytics. This role offers hands-on exposure to real retail operations, business problem-solving, and data-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze store-level sales, DOH, and inventory data to identify slow-moving SKUs and recommend rationalization actions
- Support assortment curation by benchmarking category performance across states and sub-categories
- Build and maintain Excel / SQL dashboards and trackers to automate daily / weekly monitoring of assortment health metrics
- Collaborate with Category Managers and Replenishment teams to drive actionable insights and implement assortment updates
