About the Role :

As a Lead Associate - Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and strategic decision-making through data analysis and interpretation. Your contributions will have a direct impact on optimizing operations, enhancing performance, and guiding business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop predictive models and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of analytical initiatives.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).

Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications in relevant analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.
