Immediate Start : Finance & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting and finance department, ensuring compliance with the regulatory authorities.
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring all financial data is accurate.
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with accounting and financial regulations.
• Responsible for GST computation, reconciliation, and timely filing of GST returns.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Engage in continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
• Coordinate and ensure successful completion of annual audits.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Engage with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as : retrenchment strategies, capital investments, and scenario planning.
