Sales Strategist

Job Summary :

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Strategist to develop and execute effective sales strategies that boost revenue, optimize processes, and expand our market reach.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, sales analytics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to turn data into actionable sales plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational revenue goals
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and outreach strategies
  • Design and refine sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic input on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy development
  • Create sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives
  • Train and support sales teams on strategy execution and best practices
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data

    • Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related role
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and BI tools Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and forecasting
