The Mission

  • Your job is to make them instantly get what our AI agents can do for them — and feel like they're missing out if they don't start today
  • You'll own the story, the positioning, and the go-to-market motion for new products and launches — defining how Gushwork.ai is understood, adopted, and loved by SMBs everywhere

What You'll Do

  • Positioning & Narrative
  • Build a category around AI-powered inbound growth — not 'AI tools.'
  • Turn complex automation into clear, memorable stories that make SMB owners nod
  • Craft crisp, conversion-first messaging across the site, pricing, and campaigns
  • Launches & GTM
  • Partner with Product and Growth to launch new agents and pricing models
  • Own launch strategy — from messaging and landing pages to decks, videos, and campaigns
  • Drive adoption and retention metrics post-launch through insight-driven iteration
  • Sales & Funnel Enablement
  • Create content that closes deals : one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, demo scripts
  • Build messaging systems that keep SDRs, AEs, and campaigns perfectly aligned
  • Work with RevOps to test and refine pricing and website copy through A / Bs and data
  • Market Insight & Research
  • Develop a sixth sense for SMB psychology — how they evaluate, buy, and trust software
  • Analyze competitors, agency alternatives, and category leaders to find whitespace
  • Translate insights from customers and churn into messaging that converts better
  • You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused product marketing
  • Know how to translate 'what it does' into 'why it matters.'
  • Are equal parts strategist and doer — you can build a positioning framework and rewrite the hero copy yourself
  • Think in terms of conversion, not vanity metrics
  • Move fast, experiment constantly, and hate slow marketing teams
  • Have a sharp creative taste — you know when copy, design, or storytelling 'just clicks
