We are looking for a highly experienced, customer-focused professional who can troubleshoot TV / streaming issues and build strong rapport with customers.
If you speak Hindi or Punjabi and have at least 5 years of technical support experience , we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of technical support experience (TV, cable boxes, Android boxes, apps, or related tech).
- Customer Rapport : Ability to connect with customers, stay patient, and guide them step-by-step through technical challenges.
- Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of Android devices, TV apps, Wi-Fi setup, TV boxes, and streaming-related troubleshooting.
- Communication : Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Language Skills : Must speak Hindi or Punjabi fluently.
Responsibilities :
Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.Troubleshoot TV, cable boxes, Android boxes, and mobile device issues.Walk customers through step-by-step solutions while maintaining a positive and professional tone.Document issues and solutions in our support system.Work with management to improve processes and share insights on recurring customer problems.Stay updated with new devices, apps, and TV technologies.Perks :
