We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, candidate engagement, and communication skills development. ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews)
- cold calling and initial telephonic screening of candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Support HR team in onboarding new hires and maintaining documentation
- Assist with other HR operations and engagement activities as needed
