About the Role :

We are looking for a Logistics & Customs Clearance Specialist to manage and streamline customs clearance documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance for our international shipments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling import / export documentation, working with freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth customs processing.

Key Responsibilities :

Customs Clearance & Documentation :

• Prepare and manage all customs clearance documentation , including invoices, packing lists, and regulatory permits.
• Ensure compliance with import / export regulations and liaise with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve customs-related delays.
• Maintain accurate records of duties, tariffs, and clearance costs.
