We’re now looking for a Manager – AI / ML Engineering to lead and scale our AI initiatives and shape the future of intelligent learning syste ms.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI / ML engineers.
• Research, prototype, and develop robust ML models, including deep learning and GenAI solutions.
• Oversee the full AI / ML project lifecycle — from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring.
• Guide the team in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs using methods like distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and RLHF.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production.
• Define and enforce best practices in MLOps, model management, and experimentation.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI by exploring and applying emerging trends and technologies.
