Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM / WM Functional Analyst to support and enhance SAP Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM) operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that improve business processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP QM and WM modules .
Design and optimize processes to strengthen quality control and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop blueprint documents.
Manage integration of QM and WM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Develop reporting and analytics solutions to provide actionable business insights.
Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for SAP QM / WM functionalities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and SAP best practices.
Manage projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.

Core Competencies

Strong expertise in SAP QM / WM configuration, integration, and support.

Proven ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of SAP QM / WM functional experience , with strong integration knowledge.

Proficiency in SAP S / 4 HANA and SAP ECC.

Hands-on experience with quality planning, inspections, notifications, reporting, and warehouse operations.

Experience with ALE, IDOCs, and EDI configurations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in global teams.

Willingness to travel internationally / domestically as required.
