Are you an experienced software tester looking for the next step in your career? EG is seeking a talented Senior QA Tester to join our dynamic team. We are looking someone with 6-8 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India, and to be part of our growth story.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our application
Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand system requirements
Execute API testing to validate system integrations and data consistency
Support in the maintenance of existing automated tests
Work closely with the entire QA team, ensuring seamless integration between manual and automated testing efforts, with a particular focus on collaborating with the Senior QA Engineer
Document test cases, results, and defects clearly and accurately
Provide timely feedback on test results and propose solutions for identified issues

Desired Qualifications :

6-8 years of experience in software testing

Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices

Must have experience with either JavaScript, SQL or GIT

Knowledge and understanding of the HTTP protocol and testing SOAP and REST APIs

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the team

Experience in accessibility and performance testing is a plus

Experience in PlayWright is a plus

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field

6-8 years of relevant experience in software testing

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
