Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our generic pharmaceutical products in the domestic market. The role involves meeting doctors, retailers, wholesalers, and stockists to drive sales, increase product awareness, and grow market share in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote the company's generic product portfolio to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Generate prescriptions and ensure availability of products at retail and wholesale counters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and trade partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company guidelines.
- Organize and conduct doctor meetings, product detailing, and chemist surveys.
- Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback.
- Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activity and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education : B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate with flair for pharmaceutical salesExperience :2–4 years in pharma sales; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
