Our client is a leading Australian pharmaceutical manufacturer that have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics Administrator / Coordinator to join their team!
Duties include; but not limited to :
Coordinate the inventory control process including daily inventory counts and reconciliationReporting of all products, inventory discrepancies and root cause analysisDaily management and updating of customer order enquiry and stock returnsInvoicing / Receipt / Credit returnsGenerating consignment notes, customer and outbound shipmentProviding a professional high level of customer service to all internal and external stake holders, ensuring all customer requests / enquiries are managed accordinglySupport the overall logistics planning and expediting activities within the Distribution CentreGeneral administration dutiesTo be successful for this role you must :
Excellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level attention to detailProfessional integrity and exceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and make deadlinesSelf-starter and can work unsupervisedAbility to self-motivate and take initiativeProficient computer skills requiredForklift license advantageousPrevious experience in a food, pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment advantageousTertiary qualifications are desirable but not essentialApply now!
