Lead Systems Engineer

This role provides escalation support for server and cloud systems to RFA and its clients while supervising a Systems Administrators team. Support areas include all client and RFA computer infrastructure. In addition, this role is responsible for organizing highly complex activities for IT development, task coordination, implementation, and maintenance of technology initiatives. This job is visible to all levels of Senior Management and awards the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global IT services provider. The Systems Administrator must always display a high-level of professionalism and sound judgment by promoting superior service to RFA clients. Our ideal candidate will have experience providing IT support to the financial services industry and have worked for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Team Lead Responsibilities

• Team Productivity tracking.
• Team leadership to ensure team members are technically able and maintain a current working knowledge of technologies available and delivered by RFA.
• High level communication regarding team activities to RFA employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a top level of escalation on their team.
