We're seeking a Business Development Manager who can uncover these stories, understand the hero's journey (our OEM partner), and position our technology as the crucial turning point. 👉 Here is what we are looking for We’re looking for visionary leaders who can navigate emerging ecosystems, build strategic alliances, and drive growth across regions in the era of hyper-personalized, sustainable, and AI-powered industry. Guide the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new partners. Design and develop rich desktop applications using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core , and WPF . Implement MVVM architecture for scalable and maintainable codebases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party components. Develop and maintain reusable WPF components, custom controls, and templates. Participate in code reviews , debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and UI consistency. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process and technology enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in C# and WPF application development . Strong understanding of MVVM design pattern and data binding. Proficiency in XAML , LINQ , Entity Framework , and async programming . Experience integrating with REST APIs and database systems (SQL Server preferred). Familiarity with Git , Azure DevOps , or other version control systems. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of UI / UX design principles and application performance optimization . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and commitment to code quality. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies.
