Job Title : Tourism Business Manager

Location : SJ Studios, saki naka, Khairani Rd, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To : CEO

Company : SJ Studios

Salary : 35k per month + commissions

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, hotel concierges, tour operators , and other tourism partners.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily tour operations , including scheduling, logistics, and guest experiences.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors and transport agents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive marketing efforts to promote SJ Studios’ tourism offerings through B2B and B2C channels .
  • Create and implement strategies to increase visitor footfall and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism opportunities to identify new business avenues.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong network of travel industry contacts (agents, hotels, transport partners, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Proven experience in marketing and partnership development .
  • Ability to multitask, manage operations, and lead with a customer-first mindset.
