Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our Orocare division in Rajkot (Territory 2). The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Plan and implement effective territory coverage plans to maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct product detailing, promotional activities, and campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices.
- Prepare and present territory performance reports to the regional manager.
Key Requirements :
5-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical / FMCG / healthcare sales.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
