Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong coordination and team-handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 24 months of experience managing teams, along with a solid understanding of KRAs / KPIs, performance tracking, and hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution across departments.

Key Requirement

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Define and monitor KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for team members.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and continuous feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project activities with organizational goals.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare regular reports.
• Utilize sales tools, CRM systems, and project management tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Motivate, guide, and support team members for better performance and growth.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
