QC Graphic Designer (Creative Quality Controller)

Job descriptionCollaborate with strategy + creative teams to ideate fresh concepts. Suggest layouts, references, style inspirations, and creative directions. Provide improvement inputs early in the design flow. Conduct quick training sessions to upskill designers & editors. Share best practices for typography, motion patterns, reels, Canva flows, etc. Help build an internal QC checklist for consistent output. Use own network / team of designers / editors during high-volume periods. Smooth coordination with internal designers, editors & creative managers. Quickly understand and adapt to client brand guidelines. Maintain updated design systems & ensure team compliance.
1. Creative QC & Review
- Review all creatives : statics, videos, reels, carousels, UI screens.
- Check alignment, spacing, typography, colour accuracy & brand adherence.
- Identify errors in spelling, grammar & visual hierarchy.
- Validate CTA placement, overlays, logo usage & brand elements.
- Ensure designs look clean, modern, trendy & platform-appropriate.
