Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Content Syndication & Sales Executive to drive revenue through the sale of our shows and movies to TV channels, Doordarshan, inflight entertainment networks, and other distribution partners.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys closing deals, building industry relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach TV channels, Doordarshan, airlines, and inflight content aggregators for content licensing opportunities.
- Pitch and negotiate content deals on behalf of Mask TV.
- Manage contracts, delivery schedules, and coordination with internal teams.
- Build long-term relationships with programming and acquisition teams across networks.
- Track deal performance and report monthly sales progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in content sales, syndication, or media distribution (TV, OTT, or inflight).Strong network with broadcasters, acquisition teams, or content aggregators.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proven sales mindset.Compensation & Benefits
