Job Role : Lead Full Stack Developer

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid

Role overview :

Proficient in building scalable SaaS products with a focus on microservices.
Technologies worked on : Java (Mandatory) & Spring Boot along with ReactJS or any other Javascript Framework.
Familiar with designing RESTful APIs and using mocking frameworks.
Ability to profile services and debug performance issues.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes.
Influence technical decision-making and design choices, focusing on automation and security best practices.

What would you do here :

Design, implement, test, and deploy both front-end and back-end components of the product.

Develop, test, and deliver highly scalable services using Spring Boot

Create frameworks and accelerators to expedite development processes.

Establish and enforce software engineering best practices.

Create design artifacts using UML for team implementation.

Mentor and guide product engineers within the team.

Ensure timely delivery of user stories planned for sprints.

Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from definition and design to implementation and testing in multi-cloud environments.

Develop robust technical solutions to business problems, emphasizing quality and execution.

Collaborate with motivated software developers focused on solving complex challenges and building large-scale SaaS products.

Contribute to the design and construction of the product from the ground up, implementing processes for modularity, efficiency, and maintainability.

Write blogs, articles, and whitepapers to share knowledge and insights.
