Job description

• Drafting, preparing, reviewing and vetting of legal documents / Agreement / MOUs / NDAs / contract / deeds for business transactions;

Representing the organization in legal proceedings such as litigation, arbitration, and mediations

Managing case files and client information

Researching and analyzing legal issues and staying updated with legal trends and developments

Filing legal documents with the court

Conducting legal research

To provide- pro-active legal support and advice to the business units and key stakeholders, and to assist them in achieving their core strategic objectives.

To take lead and ensure Legal compliances, interacting and supporting the cross-functional teams internally, as well as Liasioning with external advocates.

Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys

Attending courts on behalf of the Company, to assist the consul / advocates with the presentation of cases, as and when required.
