Location - Mumbai (Parel)

Purpose of the role

Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to –

Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums

Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar

Coordinating and planning all rental stays.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team

Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings

Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners
