Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different business segments.
  • Efficiently handle bulk and niche hiring requirements.
  • Support Talent Acquisition (TA) operations , including pre-onboarding formalities and continuous candidate engagement.
  • Execute ad hoc HR / TA tasks to ensure operational excellence within the department.
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external partners to meet staffing needs.

What We're Seeking

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience in both bulk and niche hiring environments.
  • Proficiency in pre-onboarding formalities and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills .
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A solution-oriented approach with a calm demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Empathetic, patient, and people-focused , with a genuine passion for connecting with individuals.
  • Adaptable and eager to tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong passion for hiring and stakeholder management .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
