Account Manager (Immediate Start)

We're Hiring : Accounts Manager- | Location : Mumbai (On-site)

About Us : At Barcode Entertainment, we’re a leading influencer marketing agency, blending creativity with data-driven strategy. We're now looking to strengthen our finance and accounts team with a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing month-end closing processes, financial statement generation, and work paper documentation
• Overseeing internal control policies and procedures
• Processing accounts payable batches and check runs
• Assisting in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits
• checking on receivables and following up with client whenever required
• Preparing budgets and forecasting reports, reconciling bank statements, and managing payroll
• Getting all the statutory returns filed and statutory dues paid on time
• Essential Skills :
• Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of accounting concepts, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition
• Proficiency in Google sheet and Google suit
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Education and Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience
