Role Summary

Project management leader with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale government projects in the domains of public finance, ERP, and e-Governance. Specialized expertise in Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) implementation, covering budgeting, accounting, treasury, payroll, and procurement automation. Adept at stakeholder engagement, compliance with public financial regulations, and large program governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. IFMIS Program Delivery

  • Led end-to-end implementation of state-level IFMIS projects covering budgeting, fund release, treasury operations, and accounting.
  • Integrated modules like HRMS, Pension, Payroll, Taxation, and Procurement with core IFMIS.
  • Ensured compliance with GFR, State Treasury Rules, and audit guidelines.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Worked closely with Finance Secretaries, Treasury Directors, State IT Departments, and World Bank / ADB teams.
  • Conducted training workshops for 1,000+ government staff to ensure system adoption.

    • 1. Technology Oversight

  • Supervised deployment of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or bespoke IFMIS solutions).
  • Drove integration with payment gateways, GSTN, PFMS, and RBI systems.
  • Oversaw vendor management, SLAs, and system performance.

  • Handled multi-crore program budgets with international funding (World Bank / UNDP / ADB).
