Location - PAN INDIA

Skills Required - Presales, Service Management / SIAM, RFP, RFI, RFQ, Service Management Solution

Role & Responsibilities –

Must have

extensive knowledge on Service Management / SIAM

and should have worked on Service Management delivery, transformation, improvement projects and / or proposals

Experience in SIAM design, implementation, and delivery of service. OR Must have experience in Service Management / SIAM solutions and pre-sales.

Technical Expertise in SIAM – Define SIAM strategy, Design and implement SIAM framework, processes and tools in customer environment, Define and implement vendor performance management strategies and processes, Improve maturity of SIAM organization

Must have one or more certifications such as ITIL v3 Expert, ITIL 4, SIAM Foundation, SIAM Professional.

Knowledge of industry frameworks like DevOps, SRE, Agile, Lean, COBIT, and IT4IT will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera, Cloud will be an added advantage.
