Baheri Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a full-funnel digital marketing agency that specializes in innovative online marketing and web development solutions. Their 360° marketing solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of B2B and B2C business models, offering services from display advertising to SEO, paid media, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop visually appealing graphics, reels and short-form content aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign concepts, visuals and digital assets.
  • Strategize and maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone across all brand platforms.
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and platform guidelines.
  • Work on creative assets for campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations and paid ads.
  • Deliver designs within deadlines.Integrate and experiment with AI tools(Mid Journey, Google Nano Banana, Chat-GPT, etc) for faster workflows.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Designer.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorAdobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, AI Tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, aesthetic sense, and strategic design approach.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, reels, and content formats.
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand strategy and performance-driven design.

    • Work from home

    Monday to Friday

    9am to 5 pm.

    Designing Portfolio is must.
