Role Objective-
To plan, deliver, and manage high-quality technical training programs aligned with project objectives, ensuring 100% completion of training and placement targets, maximizing student engagement and success, driving core domain placements, maintaining adherence to lesson plans, and contributing proactively to student retention, academic excellence, and continuous domain knowledge upgradation.
Responsibilities-
- Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions on data processing tools and techniques.
- Teach concepts of data collection, entry, validation, cleaning, and transformation.
- Train learners in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Google Sheets, and basic database tools (MS Access / MySQL).
- Introduce basic data visualization and reporting skills.
- Create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students through mini-projects and capstone activities.
- Maintain training records and provide support for placement preparation.
Desired profile-
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.Proficiency in Power BI.Understanding of data formats like CSV, JSON, XML.Good Knowledge on basic database queries (SQL).Good understanding on ETL concepts.Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.Strong analytical and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, or related fieldCertification in Excel / Data Analytics / Business Analysis is a plus.2+ years of experience in data processing, or MIS roles.Previous training experience is preferred.Excellent communication and teaching skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.Patience, empathy, and student-centered approach.
