Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Development, Projects (Wind & Solar), Operations Maintenance, Procurement, Power Evacuation, Legal Compliance, Logistics, HR, Statutory, and Land departments to align strategies with organizational and project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Drive innovation in renewable energy solutions by leveraging insights from cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of Profit & Loss (PL) accounts for assigned projects.
- Develop documentation templates and resources to support Business Development and Project teams.
Coordination and Communication :
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Land, Power Evacuation, Legal, and other departments to finalize business development documents.Monitor and follow up on Management Information System (MIS) checkpoints daily to identify potential barriers in sales or project processes related to project PL accounts.Facilitate communication among departments to optimize processes and resource allocation.Resolve interdepartmental challenges to improve collaboration and project delivery.Continuous Improvement :
Implement best practices and process optimizations customized to project requirements.Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainability improvements.Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement across departments.Skills Required
