Position - Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive

Salary – As per company Standard

Job Location –Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi.

Experience –

o Sales Executive (0-1 year)

o Senior Sales Executive (2-3 years)

Criteria – Should have good spoken communication skills in English.

Roles and responsibilities -

  • Customer Engagement : Assist customers in selecting products and provide

personalized recommendations.

  • Sales Targets : Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections to

    • educate and inform customers.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to promote complementary

    • products.

  • Inventory Management : Ensure proper stock display and report low inventory levels.

    • Customer Support : Address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive

    shopping experience.

  • Reporting : Provide daily sales updates and insights to the management team.
