Our ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in startups or agencies, be great at spotting red flags and hidden gems, leverage AI, and build systems to move faster and design a hiring process that filters for long-term contributors.

Understanding what clean code and self-driven engineering looks like is essential, even if you're not a coder.
