Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves planning campaigns, analysing market trends, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (In-store & Mall).

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with the design and content team for promotional materials.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Organize promotional events, store launches, and product launches.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies.

Analyse and update CRM and customer databases.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role (1-3years).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools, social media platforms).

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
